We run our carbon fiber production from home garage in Orange County California so we can eliminate overhead and extra cause in order for us to offer very competitive prices and be the leaders in carbon fiber license plate frames nation wide. All our frames are 100% hand made real carbon fiber frames, no vinyl is used to make any part of the frame in addition to logos. All logos are printed to the carbon fiber fabric we don't use any decal or stickers. Logos are under the clear glossy coat. Frames are made to order and can be customized per customer requirement. We are not affiliated with any brand name or car brand. Recently one eBay seller tried to claim that we copied his frames and he tried to damage our feedback by leaving straight negative feedback. We just compete in a fair market place and we don't copy any item from any one because we believe in creativity. This seller has really great frames but he uses stickers/decals for the logos. Hopefully he can understand what is a fair market and fair competition. WE DON'T COPY ANY FRAMES. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Advance Tuning Store ships to the United States. Standard Shipping is Free of charge (3–6 business days). Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to regions such as:
Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
TAXES
Advance Tuning Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Currently we don't provide delivery outside United States.
We sincerely hope that you will be pleased with our products, however we realize that sometimes you might want to make a return and apply for a refund. If that is the case, you have 30 days after you receive your purchase to return the product(s) and apply for a refund.
